1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: If you have placed an order through our website, you may cancel it before it has been dispatched to our courier partner. To cancel, please contact us immediately at thezunaya@gmail.com or +91-7007715254. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund (if applicable).
After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched to our courier partner, we cannot cancel the order. In such cases, you may request a return or refund as per the terms outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is not the same as the product shown or ordered (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
To be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting us at thezunaya@gmail.com or +91-7007715254. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days.
The product must be returned in the same packaging as it was received, including the complete packet, original packaging, invoice, and price tags.
You must provide a proper video of the received product, clearly showing the issue (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We will verify the video before accepting the return request.
3. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, you can share pictures of the product with us via email at thezunaya@gmail.com.
Upon verification of the issue, we will process a return or refund as per the terms outlined in this policy.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date the return is approved and verified.
For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account via NEFT. We will request the customer’s bank details (e.g., account number, IFSC code) before processing the refund.
Please note that the refund amount will exclude any delivery charges, if applicable.
5. Payment Methods
We offer multiple payment methods for your convenience, including credit card, debit card, UPI, wallets, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD).
All payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment gateways.
6. No Hidden Charges
There are no hidden charges on our products. The product price listed on our website (e.g., ₹299 for a product) does not include government taxes (e.g., GST). Applicable government taxes will be added separately at the time of checkout and will be clearly communicated to you before you complete your purchase. You will only be charged for the product price, applicable taxes, and any delivery charges (if applicable), as shown during checkout.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
The product has been used or tampered with.
The return request is made after 7 days of receiving the product.
The product is not returned in its original packaging or with all accompanying items (e.g., invoice, price tags).
The issue cannot be verified through the provided video or pictures.
