We deliver products only within states having an open import policy and will not be liable for any claims relating to products ordered from restricted states.

Any promotional offers or discounts on our products are for limited stocks and specific periods, as mentioned during the promotion. We may modify, extend, update, or withdraw offers without prior notice to users.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver your order within 5 to 10 days from the date of order confirmation. However, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order processing.
If our courier partner is unable to deliver the order to your provided address, the order may be returned to us, and we will process it as a return.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policy applies only in cases where the product delivered is not the same as the product shown or ordered (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
To be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting us at thezunaya@gmail.com. Returns or refunds will not be accepted after 7 days.
To process a return or refund, you must provide a proper video of the received product, clearly showing the issue (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We will verify the video before accepting the return or refund request.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, invoice, and price tags.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date the return is approved and verified, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for cash on delivery orders).
Returns/refunds may not be applicable for orders delivered outside India.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
The courts in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising from these Terms.
